Sweet and very fragrant,our honey vinegar is only obtained from fresh honey. The honey is diluted with water for a slow, gradual transformation.

The first fermentation (alcoholic) transforms the syrup of honey and water into mead (alcohol). Twelve months later, the second fermentation (acetic) produces the honey vinegar.

It is clear, sweet and very fragrant, but neither sugary nor alcoholic. It can be used in the same way as any other vinegar.
Our honey vinegar is produced using artisan methods with great quality ingredients that give it its excellent characteristics.

The final acidity of the vinegar is maintained at 7%.
Some sediment may form: this is completely natural.
