Frozen fresh rock rose pollen is the pollen that contains the most lactoferments1. These strengthen the intestinal flora which is the primary natural barrier against harmful microbes. Recommendations for use
A large spoonful of frozen fresh pollen for breakfast contributes to a feeling of well-being all day ! You can eat it by itself, sprinkle it on a compote, yoghurt or on some toast with some spread or jam for a mixture of flavours. For optimal storage of the pollen, we recommend placing the carton in the freezer as soon as possible.
